EXCHANGES: We can provide you with an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, if all original tags are in tact and the product is in unused condition. Sale & vintage items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
RETURNS: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you feel one of our products is faulty please submit a request via the 'Contact' page within 14 days of receipt of goods (provided you have proof of purchase). Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
GIFT VOUCHERS: In store vouchers are not redeemable for cash and must be used in one transaction. Voucher must be surrendered in store upon redemption. If purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Heartfill™ does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers. Heartfill™ reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer. Only valid with Heartfill™ stamp imprint or valid email proof of purchase.
SHIPPING: All due care is taken with packing, but once these items leave our store we will not be liable for any damage during the shipping process.
